Shameful behavior of the hotel which does not inform its customers of the parking ban. Our bus with a diplomatic delegation was seized by the police and we encountered serious problems notwithstanding that we had taken all the useful information and guarantees beforehand at the reception the day before they seized our vehicle! Resolutely incorrect attitude of the management of the hotel who flatly refused us to speak with the management.

Nice rooms, very clean and decent for a few nights. Excellent service, is a bit far from centre, but with U-Bahn only 30 minutes aeay

This is an older hotel and that shows in its condition. From what I could tell from the curtains in my own room, it used to also be a smoker hotel (there were some burn marks), although the rooms are now smoke free.

The first thing I noticed when entering my room was the noises of the street; it sounded like the room's windows were ever so slightly open, although they weren't. This tells about the thinness of the walls here, if you get unlucky like I did on my first night and have mostly drunk people in the neighbouring rooms, you'll hear all of that. You can hear the snoring of your wall neighbor, so most definitely also anything even slightly louder that people say or do.

But to say something positive too:%if you need to be at the CityCube for any kind of event.. The hotel location is amazing for that. It's simply a short walk away. Also there are multiple really nice restaurants in the nearby area of the hotel. The breakfast they offer at the hotel is also okay.

An excellent budget hotel with all the services one would expect. Delicious breakfast with a panoramic view over Berlin. The rooms are clean and tidy, beds comfortable, and the reception personnel friendly. A nice bonus was the possibility to rent a bicycle for a cheap price.

No even worth one star if it was possible to give none! Their online booking system is not legal and my credit card was blocked temporary and my Bank called me that they are fishy. Indeed they cancelled my reservation without checking with me first, may charge 200+ euro for a cancellation I did not ask. They said I could rebook yeah right ! with the prices of the rooms having more than doubled from my first reservation. said they would keep 3 nights open for me, but did only 2. Unless they make a gesture, they will never see me in that hotel !

Nice hotel, very good for the price paid. Not a great view on the side opposite the street, but the bed is comfortable, the shower and bath are clean and nice. Above a bowling alley but because there are two floors of offices between the bowling alley and hotel rooms you wouldn't know the bowling alley is there. The attached tapas cafe is alright, with a full bar and some food. There are 2 more cafés across the road, plus a good Japanese restaurant. Links to U2 line are about 100m from the front door, this will take you to the city center without changing lines, or to the Schoenfeld Airport with a change to the RB7 or RE14 airport express line.
