Very rude and not able to take feedback! They literally told me to not order from them again because I said they should use sustainable packaging instead of styrofoam. Who still uses styrofoam!! Learn some customers service before answering clients. People can have an opinion it's allowed. Also your food is average... Nothing special

Very nice interior. However, the bagels were average, the coffee not good, and overall there was a really pungent smell of chlorine. Only the first hour of WiFi is free, after you have to pay, and considering nobody else was there, it's hardly like they have to get rid of people taking up spaces.
All in all too expensive for the quality offered and too unwelcome a vibe to return for the nice space.

Very rude, and the food is not great. So oily I didn't even finish it. Not recommended at all. UPDATE: Since you replied in such a rude way instead of trying to see what the problem was. It was the egg with sujuk. You really need to learn how to speak to your customers.

I never noticed and maybe it’s due to the pandemic but Berlin really seems to be a city where people sleep in. Barely any café along my morning bike ride route was open before 10am. ???? Luckily I found this friendly neighbourhood café where I was able to boost my energy level with a coffee and a bagel. ???????? There bagel choices are very colourful and a pleasure to look at while you are waiting to be served. I really enjoyed that. Thank you guys! ???????????? #supportyourlocals

Really enjoyed this little shop and it’s friendly owners! We stopped in before exploring Berlin and got bagel sandwiches custom to order and delicious drinks including an oat milk chai latte, cappuccino, and latte macchiato. Delicious food and drinks.
