Extremely rude staff, they were not ready to serve at all. They were pretending very busy and was being very rude when I asked them to pack a pair of earrings for my daughter. The woman working there was escaping for even making an eye contact and they were not ready to show anything. I just chose a pair without knowing any specifications. When I asked them to bill it for me the woman instead of insisting to wait, started scolding me in front of other customers. Even the other customers felt bad for me and were being sorry and telling me they are just done. In normal scenarios I would have never done any shopping fro there but it was a present for my daughter's birthday. I wanted to buy a nice pair of earrings for my daugher's birthday but they have associated a very bitter memory with this purchase.

Last September I took my ring to be resized and was told it would take two weeks. After 2 weeks I arrived at the shop they told me it wasn't ready and may take 2 further weeks or longer. Finally they agreed to finish it in a week, in time for me to leave Germany and take the ring with me. They told me it was complicated and the centre stone had to be removed. They did not place it back in properly, it was moving constantly in the casement and eventually chipped and fell out. I have contacted them twice for a refund and had no response. Bad service, would not recommend.

Came to get the battery changed, after half an hour I was told, they do not have the battery and the watch was mildly damaged
