Nice experience.
Pluses - very friendly and helpful staff. Location is good - railway station, shops and restaurants are nearby. Good breakfast. Room service changed towels and filled water bottles everyday. Our room had enough space.
Minus - WLAN was slow. Room service didn't empty bathroom waste bin on daily basis.No fridge in room. A small chiller in room would have been better to keep our drinks cold. Absence of window shutters kept the rooms very hot. It makes bit hard in hot season, at least for me.
Anyway overall, I'm happy with this hotel.

There was an 8 pm latest check-in that I missed and was unable to comply with. By phone, I was not even given a single minute later. I was not able to stay at the hotel but I was charged in full.

Nice Family hotel with lovely staff. One of the best helpful staff which I saw. Room was clean and I found all what I need for my business trip. Coffeemaker, fresh breakfast and parking for 5 Eur/day in Parkhaus 2 minutes in walking distance from hotel.

One of the worst hotels you can experience in your life. First, the price is too high to what you get. I reserved a room for 2 People and a kid 3 years old and we got a bed 140cm. They did not clean the room and kept a dirty towel. There is no place to park your car. Beside the hotel is always full. The room is too small, there is no towels for the kid. The worst is when i called the hotel the day i arrived to tell the i will be late because of traffic the person on telephone from reception told me “ you accepted our check in time and we can’t give you the keys after 8pm” he did not even try to think about a solution. I sent a friend to bring the keys before 8pm and i must sent corona—Nachweis and our IDs to give my friend the keys and did not accept to show it to them the next day

Paid everything on booking, but apparently they don't have late check in and just 'kindly' leave people on the street.

Really nice hotel. Small but charmant. Fresh breakfast und staff which is really helpful. I can recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Spent a night in a mixed dorm.

There's nothing really bad to say about the hostel, but there's nothing good either.

Dorm is very small. Reception was out of access cards when I checked in. There was construction work on the roads around so there was a lot of unusual forbidden parking signs.

Out of 3 receptionists I met, none could help me about figuring out the local parking rules.

Bathroom is not convenient and will cause a lot of water mess when people shower in the morning.

Also it can je very hot in the room and location is well connected but not interesting at all.
