The treatment was good but throughout the process they mention that their costs are cheaper than a regular dentist and when the bill comes three months later it's a shocker, as it's pricier than a normal dentist. Got fooled with this. They do not give an estimate before the treatment, so expect to be backstabbed later.

Prof Brinkmann and his team are very professional. The ambulance instead is terrible; I went there on Tuesday cause An implant that I put in the clinic fell; despite they told me by phone that I could come anytime I went there and wait 1.5 hours for the emergency to open. When I was received they said they did not know what to do and had to come back in the morning without appointment and they will fix my teeth. So I went back today and they made me wait another 1.5 hour to say that they did not have the screw to fix my teeth and they will call me tonight to tell me when I can go again. They have my files and everything they could have just told me everything by phone without letting me go to the other side of the city. Not recommended and I am still missing my teeth that probably was not fixed well from the beginning that’s why fell now

The night emergency dental service that this hospital offers is a perfect example on how the health care system in Germany does not work because it is only based on profit. First of all, they don't answer the phone and they don't have a nurse at recepcion, only someone from security. You arrive there and you have to fill in a form and leave it in a postbox at a door without even knowing if what you have can be treated in the emergency room. There is no waiting room, you just wait at the entrance of the hospital. There is not even a water dispenser. The waiting time was insane, clearly they did not have enough personnel (again, profit). The absolute worst is that I saw that they stopped accepting patients after midnight, even a small child. The security man was being extremelly rude to this child's family. How can it be that in a developed country people cannot get their accute health care needs met? And this in Charité, one of the best hospitals in Germany that gets a lot of money from tax payers. Again, shameful. I am giving two starts instead of 1 because the medical personnel did quite a good job and were empathetic despite the circumstances. They fixed my broken tooth but I did not get a good explanation on what they were doing, why, or the pending things that my dentist needs to check.

Very unprofessional service! Wrong diagnostic and treatment. Also if you are a tourist and have only travel health insurance, their deposit system of 100 EUR doesn't work efficiently. We are waiting for our money back and bill since one month.

I had very bad experience in this place. I went there with so strong pain with my teeth and doctor spent 30 minutes to check which teeth was hurting a lot, although I told her so many times which one. And finally after checking she told me that she had no extra time to treat it that day and said I should take antibiotic for the pain. I explained her that I have 3 month old baby and I couldn't take antibiotics as I'm breastfeeding. Unfortunately she did nothing for my strong pain and I was so disappointed and cried a lot on my way. What a SHAME for DOCTORs if they can't give a hand to the patients like me!!!
