Very close to the U-bahn - that's the only good thing about this hotel. And maybe the price.
The building is very dated, so are the rooms.
There's no AC, and the outside is rather loud.
Room 106 is out of WiFi range and has poor GSM reception.
Cleanliness was passable- could be improved, especially in the bathroom.
The WC flusher half of the time just refused to work.
You have to leave your key at the reception every time you go out.
Breakfast is basic, but ok-nothing to talk about.
There's a great Croatian restaurant nearby, be sure to check it out.

Hotel building is large, Reception desk opens 24x7. Hotel location is very good just next to Train station, Area is very safe.Many shops just down the hotel. Doner shop remains open till late night. Hotel has Coffee machine works 24 hours for 2€ per coffee. Hotel lobby also has Fridge with water and variety of drinks available against payment.The Reception desk people are friendly and Helping.Hotel had a lift.Accomodation is very basic level but with the price range in Berlin city it's worth for short stays. The Hotel offers good breakfast and with varieties.
Negative is the size of room,it's just enough,small TV,no mini bar inside room,when windows open then noisy because of road traffic, room had smell of smoking. The bedsheet and pillow were clean,bed was comfortable. No Heating kettle was provided.

Average. It was built around 1980 so looks both out and inside are serviceable, but certainly nothing amazing. The room was smallish, but most importantly clean. Same thing with the bed sheets and towels. Breakfast is offered, but only a very basic one. One the positive side staff was nice and WLAN is stable and decently fast. So if you are staying for a night or two it's fine.

Old rooms even more the bathrooms. Breakfast very límited, I had better Internet connection in África, I cant even watch vídeos from youtube with the slowwww wifi. I hope they read this review and change me to a better room with Internet connection. Waiting in a hotel 5 days for corona test is not easy with an ok intermet! Rest is good , clean, good bed.

Hotel Desk would be better if people dont speak just Germán, (strange in a hotel so close an internacional airport) my average rate for this visit is a 4 out of 10, mostly in the things you can change here with a couple of easy steps as friendly stuff and better internet connection, cmonnn we are in 2020!

Staff upon arrival were very polite and our room was exceptionally clean. The only thing that let it down were the housekeepers constantly  knocking the door the morning of my checkout. I clearly let them know I was in the room so they wouldn't come in but they continued to knock. When I did open the door, they were rude, making hand gestures for me to leave the room even though there was still time left before my check out. I think staff should be more aware and respectful about check out times and guests privacy and rest.

Very nice reception, clean and comfy room, basic but nice breakfast. Even borrowed me an alarm clock as I forgot to take a watch :-) luggage could be stored during the morning

The hotel is close to the U bahn station. However, the breakfast was very poor and the rooms lacked of proper cleaning. My blanket were not changed for the 3 nights I stayed.
