Wanted to take the time to write a well-deserved 5-star review for these guys. I have spent probably close to 10,000 euros with them and EVERY order has been spot on. Delivered on-time, package extremely well (best I have experienced) and everything is well communicated. They have amazing availability of parts and their website is very easy to navigate. To top it all off, they even sent me a free tub of a focus supplement (full size) in my last order with no expectations in return. Pay attention retailers, ALL businesses could learn something from this team! Keep up the great work, guys u0026 girls over at CaseKing!

I rarely write a review but this time I trough I would need to write one after great service from CaseKing after ordering a chair back in February. I ordered it from a 3rd party website, and it took 2-3 weeks before my payment was verified. After that, when I finally received my chair, the armrest was damaged. So, I called the 3rd party website and they told I needed to send the whole chair back. Luckily the great customer services from CaseKing were able to send me a new armrest in a 2-3 days.

After a bit of a journey I’m now sitting and writing this review on a great chair where I’m happy with.

This is my go-to shop for PC components in Germany. The processing and shipping are extremely fast (promised 3-5 days, shipped in the morning and delivered on the evening of the second day), packaging is flawless (with an extra Haribo surprise) and no hassle customer support. Their prices are very good and I would rather pay an euro more here and know that in case of a defect they will have my back than buy from some unknown shop and be stuck on my own in trouble.

I have just got off the phone from an assistant Lucas who went through my complete Pc build and gave me really helpful advice ,offered suggestions, and listened attentively .5 STAR SERVICE ,He even stayed on the phone after his finishing time..6.pm... Lucas, you are a gent...thank you.

Bought a customizable keyboard from them - very intuitive website with an easy overview of all the options, including enlargeable images for every one, checkout went down completely smoothly as well.
