Delivered within the estimated time-frame, many options and the sushi tasted great! Only minus point was that they didn't add free chopsticks which kinda was a bummer.

Edit: Ordered again and got 3 pair of chopsticks included! Might've just been a one-time mess up!

I ordered two times from this place via Lieferando. Both times I left a note saying that I cannot be called since my microphone doesn't work and that an SMS would be great. Both times, this was ignored. The second time now, the delivery guy also didn't give me my drink (which was almost 3 Euro for 1 Liter and therefore very expensive). When trying to talk to him he just looked at me, turned around and left. I sent everal SMS to the number he called from and there was no reaction.

Besides that I have to say that the Sushi tastes very good.

Habe Sonntag um 19.30 bestellt. Um 20.15 der erste Anruf, sie hätten keinen Thunfisch da, ob ich stattdesseb etwas anderes wolle. Um 21 der zweite Anruf mit der selben Thematik. Als ich nachgefragt habe wo das Essen bleibt nach 1,5h wurde mir versichert es sei gleich da. Um 21.45 habe ich angerufen und mein Geld zurückverlangt, welches ich mir vom Lieferanten holen sollte, wenn er kommt. Das war um 22 Uhr der Fall. Dem Lieferanten musste ich das erstmal erklären und habe das Essen dann gegen Rabatt entgegen genommen. Geschmeckt hat es okay. Werde auf jeden Fall nicht mehr dort bestellen.

Conclusion: No other can even come close to keeping up with the quality and the price-performance ratio! It just always tastes great, the ingredients are of great quality and, for example, the Inside Out Rolls have a ratio of rice to filling of about 50/50 (this is sometimes closer to 70/30 in other shops).

In addition, the previous contact has always been friendly and courteous.
Comments and special requests are also 100% fulfilled.

Auch Städte-übergreifend ist dies der beste Sushi Laden, den ich ausprobiert habe. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Bisher war ich nicht vor Ort, sondern habe nur Sushi bestellt und nie allzu lange darauf warten müssen. Selbst in der Hauptbestellzeit (17-21 Uhr) war es nie mehr als etwas über eine Stunde.

Vor den Ostern-Feiertagen hatten sie geschlossen, wodurch ich "verzweifelt" drei andere Sushi Läden ausprobiert habe. Es wurden so viele andere, da ich so enttäuscht war und immer noch Appetit auf Sushi hatte.

Fazit: Kein anderer kann auch nur annähernd mit der Qualität und dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mithalten! Es schmeckt einfach immer wieder super, die Zutaten haben eine tolle Qualität und beispielsweise bei den Inside Out Rolls ist das Verhältnis von Reis zu Füllung ca. 50/50 (das ist bei anderen Läden teilweise eher gegen 70/30).

Außerdem ist der bisherige Kontakt immer freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen.
Auch Bemerkungen und Sonderwünsche werden zu 100 % erfüllt.

Was leider überhaupt gar nicht geht ist, wenn man sein Trinkgeld selbst vom Rückgeld abzieht. Auf meinen Hinweis, bekam nicht nur eine gleichgültige Antwort dass sie kein Wechselgeld hätten. Es geht mir nicht ums Geld, sondern ums Prinzip. Wer meint, er könne seine Kunden für dumm verkaufen, der hat keine Ahnung welche Macht Internetbewertungen haben. Das Sushi war leider nur mittelmäßig und mehr panierte Reisebällchen als Sushi (kaum Füllung). Gegenüber gibt es ein Sushi-Restaurant, da geh ich dann lieber das nächste Mal hin.
