They do have the best porridge in town as they claim! I’m not a big fan of oats, but at this place it’s really delicious. And they also serve great coffee.
The only thing I didn’t like is most of the types have banana in it. Of course you can ask to remove it, but just wanted to see some more variety and difference.

Must try place. Everything is fresh and healthy. I tried veggie sandwich, salad, porridge with apple and cinnamon and a banana bread. Would definitely recommend trying their porridges.

The porridge is good (mine was a bit cold), but the place is super messy and crowded on a Saturday. There’s no table service, meaning that the orders are called out loud. They could implement a number-tickets system, so that the orders don’t get messed up

There is nothing much wrong about the porridges here. They are very well-presented and a treat for the eyes, however they lack a little something something.

Service is friendly and you can pay either with card or cash which is always an added bonus for a Berlin cafe. Will be back for the comfy vibes and oat milk Cappuccino.

I don’t know what to say about the best oats in Berlin. Maybe there are not a lot of such specialized places in Berlin.
Oats were a bit to soft for me, but the taste was there. Sugar seemed not to be added, but this was ok because the fruits used were sweet.
The big interior and adequate exterior location is found near a transport node, so you have almost all transport possibilities nearby.
Menu options are a bit limited but i think everyone will be able to find something they’ll like to eat.

I may be spoiled or have specific taste, but for me this was the worst porridge ever. We tried Nasch, Power and Bären and they are all SUPER sweet, like toxic level sweet. We asked for one without honey and added sirups and it ended up being salty and it smelled like old barn. Inedible. Btw, love porridge, eat it almost every day and everywhere we travel. This was just the worst woke place. Don’t fall for it.

I've been to three different Haferkater locations. As a chain, it's consistently delicious. But this particular location at Eberswalder Str. has the coolest ambience of any of them, and great service. My favorites are the Ziegenkater bowl and the espresso-chocolate cake.
