I ordered the smallest size L but the burger is already huge in size ???? I ordered Lieblings Mama Burger with guacamole and Gouda als extra. It tastes really good. The fries were also well done. Although they do mainly delivery they have 1 seating up to 6 people, if you want to stop buy otherwise I would still recommended for a Take-away or delivery.

Having tried burgerzimmer before, this time arguably one of the worst burgers I have ever had. Never going back. Ordered online and after 5 minutes I go to the restaurant and the person is just sitting there checking his phone I ask him did you get the order he said yes I will start it will take 7 minutes. Then after waiting 20 minutes he was done ! Also no card payment was possible and he even denied to give me the wifi password, tho last time another guy gave me the password when I asked. Now to the burgers, the meat was like rubber and uncooked, barely eatable !!!!! I order Chicago and there was one little piece of bacon there and all the other ingredients were in small amounts. Taste 1/10. Deleting the app and never trying them again, i have had enough over the past orders.

Tried them a few times, the best thing is the mashed potato fries, the bread roll is good, but the bun itself is too big. The beef and chicken patties are too thin in comparison. Beef patties are bland and rubbery.

Good fries, good burgers, rude staff though. Plus I find it very annoying how large the buns are compared to the meat. It is literally four times the size such that you are just eating bread for the majority of the time before you reach "the burger".

I can't give any more stars because I did'nt get my food. I ordered and paid online through their app, waited nearly 2 hours for my order to deliver at home, but it never did. I tried calling them but no one picked up. Finally someone picked up, only to tell me they were out of stock and closed the kitchen early, even though I had paid and received an email confirmation along with my order number. Their lack of communication and unprofessionalism cost me almost 2 valuable hours, after which it was too late in the night to eat much else as most places in town were closed.

I ordered food from their app today and got a confirmation email immediately. The food was paid for and I asked for immediate delivery too. When I didn't hear from them for 2hrs, I called on the number given on the app as well as the confirmation email. No one picked up for 10 min. Then I found a different number on Google and called that. Finally, someone picked up and told me they didn't know I had ordered as their buns had finished off so they'd closed the app for the night. They offered to send the food the next day. I was baffled because why would I get a confirmation email and get charged, if I wasn't going to get the food. And why didn't anyone call me to inform me at least. I had hungry people on my hands at 10 pm on a weeknight.

This is the second time that Bürgerzimmer has disappointed me. The last time they took over 2 hours to deliver a mere order of 6 chicken nuggets and 6 chilli cheese nuggets to an address 10 min away from them. This time the order was on Lieferando.de so according to the app the food was 'delivered' in 40min which obviously didn't happen. And when I called them all they had to say was that they didn't have a delivery guy available. This is highly unprofessional. And at that time I had ordered at work so of course it was way past my lunch break when I finally received my food.

While the food is good, their service and etiquettes badly need some brushing up. Honestly, it would make matters much better if they at least accepted there was an issue. Both times the person I talked to basically told me it was how it was and that's that instead of apologizing for the delay or, in today's instance, for not delivering the food at all. I would also strongly suggest not ordering from their app at least. I would love to give them no stars at all. However, to post this I need to give at least one apparently.

I ordered with self pickup. They told me to be in 15 min there. In the end I was waiting additional 45 min in front of the store. Burgers were not hot anymore. Fries were okay therefore the 2 stars
