Phenomenal food, but have to undo 1 star for burger's being little bit to cold, maybe only once dk.

For the second time, I got my order missing something in the drive in.
First time they gave me the order missing Pommes and in the second time I got it missing a sandwich ????
The issue, that in both times I ordered a lot of stuff and I noticed the missing items only when I am back at home ????
I do not see this as professional at all and it is double annoying. Firstly because I paid for something and I didn't get it. Secondly because I ordered it because I wanted it, but then I didn't receive it.
I suggest that they actually put the order in the bag Infront of the customer, or they get a better quality control.

Nice place. Used only the drive in. Standard Burger King. All items from menu were available. Service was nice. Possible to pay by card. No long queues or waiting times. Recommend.

THE worst Burger King I have been to. Gotten cold food and the restaurant as well as toilets were really dirty.

Friendly staffs. Cheap food. Cozy interior design. Got large parking lot, kids place and drive in.

The staff seems kind and service was fast as well. Though, a lot of burgers had been prepared most likely quite some time ago, and had been sitting under the heater, which resulted in a very dry burger once we got it. Quite average everything considered.

They accept COUPONS in Berlin, which is a BIG thing, since the BK's in central place they don't accept (even though they appear on the map that de app shows). It is a good place to go with your family and the attendants are very kind. No doubts it is the best BK restaurant for tourists in Berlin. Don't waste your time going in the others!
