Unfriendly personnel, especially the owner.
My daughter was attending a course for years, but the owner started “bending” the contracts in his favor several times.
There are better places to go!!!

Tried to see this death trap, and despite no note on website, it is closed to the public for a birthday when we arrive. Unprofessional. What a garbage place. Hope no kids get hurt on the loose holds

I was in Berlin for a week and tried out the nearest boulder gym.
The staff great a good job being friendly.
But unfortunately I can't give here a good score for the price the offer.
There were a little variety of paths for every level. It was to less even for a one day trip, I cannot imagine how people handle to go there several times a month.
TWO boulders flipped while me performing the road. Meaning the use bad material or construct the roads in a poor quality.
The road quality itself were variying from poor to middle. Rare road felt good.
I did not expected the rent shoe quality be high. But it was even terrible, making it impossible to step even on some middle roads.
But my small Brother had fun, so I will give a plus here.
There are better options in Berlin.

An awesome bouldering experience! I loved the relaxed athmosphere, friendly staff and friendly fellow climbers. The routes are also imaginative and fun with lots of overhang. The place is very cozy and everyone talks to each other, since there are extremely few people in comparison to other bouldering gyms.
Regarding the kids that a lot of people mention in negative reviews, they are indeed there during the day but after 6pm they have a no-kids policy and it becomes literally the quietest bouldering place I've seen.

Experience was a bit weird. Kids had a good time, but one of the staff (an old woman) was either forgetful or acting forgetful and was unnecessarily fussy when it came to registration and payments. It appears very disorganized. Also the payment system is kinda stupid. My friend wanted to cover the tab for both of us when we wanted to leave but apparently we have to pay separately? Also when paying the full amount old lady said they did not have change so took "our" 10eur and got change from somewhere and then asked us again for 10eur claiming we did not pay. Thanks to one of the younger staff who paid attention we had no problem. So rules are 1. Register on second floor at register just on top of stairs. 2. Keep your money close and don't hand over money until absolutely sure they are paying attention. 3. Beware of old lady.

It's a cozy place with really nice staff, but not comparable to the bigger places like bright side or sübloc. The walls are not as tall, the mattresses inconsistent and sometimes harder and it seemed like it is in general more for kids of which there were a lot.

GO ELSEWHERE.
So I never do reviews. But today was awful. Terrible customer service. At the entrance there was a electrical plug. We thought this was free to use as we were paying for the bouldering and was next to a rake which looked like you put phones in while it charges. As we bouldered the lady got angry at me for 'not' wearing shoes on the wall which is silly as I had just taken off my climbing shoes... Maybe a misunderstanding I don't know. However no need for rude behaviour.
But when we went to pay, it would've cost us 12€ for my sister and I but instead she charged us extra for the use of the power plug which we thought was there for us to use. We won't be returning and have never been treated so badly at a climbing gym. This gym is also quite run down and the routes are a mess. Serious work needed.
Good idea finding another gym.
