Stayed here with my wife and kids for 2 nights and overall we had a nice stay. Room and the bathroom were clean and spacious and the staff was very helpful. It's a very convenient location next to the train station, bus stop and taxis waiting area. They also have key pickup and drop off boxes. Train noise was not an issue for us, the windows seemed to be good enough in reducing the noise.

A pleasant small hotel that is part of the train station. So very convenient. Is you stay during the summer request rooms on the street side of the hotel. The track side is a little loud and with no A/C you have to leave the windows open.

Friendly staff but reception counter only opens from 11:00 to 19:00. It means you can't check-in early or late.

Also, it is exactly next to the train station. there was no a/c but i still closed the windows as it was extremely noisy. But the noise level is acceptable after shutting the windows.

This hotel is not good. I booked the room in this hotel with breakfast. I didn't get breakfast without explanation reason for this. Also, I would like to note that the reception work with 11am till 9pm, it is not comfortable!!!!

Hotel located in Wannsee Station. This is a big plus because it gives easy, fast and rich access to transportation. The area around is beautiful and peaceful. The hotel has an Italian restaurant and there are other restaurants near it. The room was nice, clean and had everything you need. The steam was working, it wasn't cold and there was always warm water. The room was from the side to the street and we had no problems with the noise from the station. The staff is good and helpful. The girls at the reception are beautiful and smiling. Breakfast is uniform but good. The internet connection was fast and I had no problem with it. There is no big grocery store nearby, the closest one is over 1 km away. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were not. The pillows were big, flat and hollow! The room was dark even during the day, with half the light bulbs not glowing. I would recommend putting a mosquito net (insect net) on the opening window. I was with my family, we were pleased, we would go again and recommend it!

The best part of this hotel is its location. You get down and you have a bus stop and S-Bahn right in front of you. It also have couple of good cafes very close by when you step out of the hotel. The reception and the staff was kind and polite. They do not offer 24 hours reception. Its only available between 9 AM to 9 PM. So be mindful if you are checking in late. The rooms are quite small with no amenities except a cupboard and a TV. The attached bathroom was okay. Overall an Okay experience.

Good budget hotel. If your kids love trains, this hotel is the one youd choose for them. (not so noisy)
One thing youd consider is its reception will be closed at 10pm. So if you couldnt reach it by then, have to call them and know the way to get our key.
