I'm based in Scotland but was trying to sell my flat in Berlin which I have had for a good few years which would be hard enough even without trying to do it in the middle of a pandemic when it was impossible to travel to Germany. Black Label and Inga in particular were fantastic right through the valuation and marketing process, helping me through the sales process and even helping facilitate the moving out of the tenant who decided to move out midway through the sale.

Having a property in Berlin has been a bit of a roller coaster and hasn't run as smoothly as it should of with one property company (which fortunately doesn't exist anymore) in particular causing me an enormous and very expensive problem. Black Label in contrast have however been an absolute pleasure to work with and I can't recommend them highly enough. I wish I had found them years ago and if I had I may not have just sold my flat. They really were that good!!!!

My wife and I have recently completed the sale of our Berlin apartment with the help of Black Label Properties. At every stage in the process their Director, Achim Amann, was highly professional and extremely helpful in his work. He was very good at keeping in contact throughout the process and always prompt in responding to any questions. It was really helpful that Achim not only corresponded by email but was always willing to speak by phone. His competence in English was most helpful to English speakers like ourselves who have only limited German language. We were able to sell our property for the asking price and without any significant delay. Bearing in mind the restrictions of the recent pandemic this was wonderful. I can highly recommend Black Label Properties for anyone selling or buying in the Berlin property market.
