Worst experience in a coffee roaster ever. First , there are no roast by dates on the bags. Not a good sign, but okay. Instead they say when they should be consumed by. The dates are 4 months in the future. This is a bad sign, but okay. I ask when the coffees were roasted. The person working there doesn't give me a straightforward answer. Instead, she first says that they should be consumed within 3 months of getting them. Umm, 3 month old coffee is gross and if you can't taste that, there is something very wrong with your working in a coffee roaster. But it gets worse! She then tells me that you *must* wait 2-3 weeks after roasting coffee before drinking it. That is completely false and a crime against coffee. Anyone can determine this with a very simple google search. For someone to claim that one *must* wait that long is either ignorant, unethical or both. Avoid getting within 20 meters of this place.

Visiting from Troutdale, Oregon. This the first place I had coffee in Berlin. Delicious coffee and great service. I ended up buying a French Press for my daughter who lives in Berlin!
