Best gym in Friedrichshain, professional equipment, good value for the money. Awesome music, good vibes and polite staff! Recommend! Power lifters welcome. Can also be used with an urban sports club membership.

This is the second gym I ever went to. When I was looking for a gym to go to regularily, I wanted to have a gym to get strong. Not only with all the equipment you need (and without all the things you don't need for that), but also with both members and trainers who are into strength and with this special vibes. And it was a hit!
I've visited a lot of other gyms after while on travel. But only Berlin Strength felt that right from the very first day. This is home now for a reason.

THE BEST GYM I HAVE BEEN TO. A no-nonsense training atmosphere, very welcoming and helpful staff, and a selection of bars and training implements like I've never seen anywhere else. Separate room for weightlifting training (snatch and clean) too. I never buy souvenirs but I bought a tshirt to remember Berlin Strength by. 15 euro for a day pass here.

This is a fantastic gym in the heart of trendy Friedrichshain in the east of Berlin, owned and operated by the lovely Sassi and Nina. Sassi was perfectly friendly and helpful, speaking flawless English and showing me around the parts of the gym I was going to use as a powerlifter.

If you're in Berlin and want to train anywhere as a powerlifter, strongman or weightlifter, then I strongly recommend Berlin Strength. They have communal changing spaces, lockers, toilets and showers. They charge €15 for a day pass, but if you're around longer, then monthly or annual costs are much better value.
