mein Name ist Olli und ich bin seit über 7 Jahren bei euch Stammkunde!!!!! Ich bin der cousin von Marten. Ich musste heute leider miterfahren, dass ich nach 7 Jahren Zugehörigkeit, nicht als Stammkunde dazugehöre.
Ich war bewusst ab 18 Uhr vor Ort um die "blaue Stunde" zu genießen. Nach dem zweiten Bier wurde mir gesagt, dass dieses Angebot nur für Stammkunden gelte!!!
Nach einer ausgiebigen Unterhaltung mit dem Service-Personal wurde ich als Nicht-Stammkunde eingegliedert und musste den normalen Preis bezahlen.
Ich finde es schade und unhöflich mich nach so vielen Jahren der Zugehörigkeit,als normalem Kunden zu behandeln.
Für mich ein Grund mit meinen Freunden nicht mehr zu euch zu kommen, da wir immer gutes Trinkgeld geben und uns eigentlich immer bei euch wohl gefühlt haben.
