In a way, the tortilla they serve is a work of art: how it manages to be scalding hot on the outside yet almost freezing cold on the inside is nothing short of astounding.
As someone who personally appreciates organically produced food and the zero waste movement, I was happy to see that my tortilla was garnished with a homegrown hair of the serving lady, while its serving size would leave even a toddler hungry.
And all that for the generous price of only 7€.
