Doch auch die Liegewiese am Waldrand auf der anderen Straßenseite wird gerne genutzt, so dass zu Spitzenzeiten hier alles recht voll und entsprechend etwas lauter ist. Auch das Aufheulen lassen der Motoren beim Starten und Vorbeifahren vieler "Halbstarker" trübt den Genuß - auch auf der anderen Uferseite der Havel ist es zu hören. Für die Sicherheit vor Ort sorgt die DLRG mit einem Stützpunkt. Für die Notdurft steht am Waldrand ein Toilettenhäuschen. Gelegentlich findet sich auch ein Eiswagen dort ein.
