At 6:20 pm the door was finally opened and the hotel owner said he had a nosebleed and couldn't open it! What's that? A hotel has to be accessible. The icing on the cake was that I had to pay cash in advance. Since I am used to paying cashless, I was grumbled at first and only much later I was told that I could exceptionally pay by card - how generous!
I had a dark, shabby room with sagging mattresses and a not really clean bathroom. I didn't notice it until later in the evening, when I didn't meet anyone at reception again. That's how I spent the night there, I didn't sleep really well. The next morning the delicious discounter breakfast was waiting for me! My summary: never more !! I was so happy to leave this "hotel" early in the morning.
I wrote an email to the hotel on the same day and asked for a partial refund because of the many defects. Unfortunately, despite several emails, I didn't get an answer.
I've never had a hotel like this in my life and I can't recommend it to anyone !!

Ich kann meinen Vorrednern nur zustimmen!!!! Ein Hotel des Grauens! Ich wollte am 02.07. für eine Nacht einchecken und hatte das Zimmer eine Woche zuvor gebucht. Als ich um 14.00 Uhr an kam, war das Hotel verschlossen. Ich klingelte und mir öffneten Handwerker?? die Tür mit der Aussage, es sei niemand da! Ich hatte um 15.00 Uhr einen beruflichen Termin und wollte mich vorher gerne noch umziehen und duschen, das war damit leider nicht mehr möglich. Man sagte mir dann, daß der Besitzer ab 17.00 Uhr wieder da sei. Als ich gegen 1715 Uhr zum Hotel kam, war wieder abgeschlossen und auf Klingeln reagierte niemand. Um 18.20 schließlich wurde die Tür aufgemacht und der Hotelbesitzer sagte, er hätte Nasenbluten gehabt und konnte deswegen nicht aufmachen! Was ist denn das? Ein Hotel muß doch zugänglich sein. Krönung war dann noch, daß ich gleich im voraus in bar zahlen sollte. Da ich es gewohnt bin, bargeldlos zu zahlen, wurde ich erst angeraunzt und erst deutlich später wurde mir gesagt, daß ich ausnahmsweise per Karte zahlen dürfte- wie großzügig!
Ich hatte ein dunkles abgewohntes Zimmer mit durchgelegenen Matratzen und einem nicht wirklich sauberen Badezimmer. Das habe ich erst am Abend später gemerkt, als ich in der Rezeption wieder niemand angetroffen habe. So habe ich halt die Nacht dort verbracht, geschlafen habe ich nicht wirklich gut. Am nächsten Morgen wartete das leckere Discounterfrühstück auf mich! Mein Resumee: niemals mehr!! Ich war so froh, dieses "Hotel" schon früh am Morgen verlassen zu können.
Ich habe am gleichen Tag eine Mail ans Hotel geschrieben und um eine Teilrückzahlung gebeten wegen der vielen Mängel. Leider habe ich trotz mehrerer Mails keine Antwort bekommen.
Solch ein Hotel habe ich noch nie im Leben gehabt und ich kann es niemand empfehlen!!

Das so genannte "Hotel" ist nicht gerade billig, aber dreckig, die Betten sind reine Folterinstrumente und das Haus verfügt über keinerlei Service. Das Frühstück ist spärlich und besteht fast ausschließlich aus Abgepacktem vom Discounter, und es gibt nicht einmal Wasser auf dem Zimmern, geschweige denn eine Theke mit Getränken im Haus. Auf Rückfrage wurde meiner über 70jährigen gehbehinderten Mutter empfohlen, rasch zum Supermarkt rüberzuhüpfen, wenn sie Durst habe. Ihren Koffer musste sie selber nach oben tragen.
