The hotel staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good, rooms are clean and tidy and you even have a hairdryer! It was a fantastic stay, I slept very well because it was quite and calm. Ideal place to stay for 1-2 persons if you want to see Berlin and use the hotel only as a sleep opportunity because the rooms are quite small. Nevertheless there is enough space to store your luggage and instead of annoying room cards or keys you get a 6 digit pin which is access to your room. All in all, a modern and nice hotel, I would recommend anyone who wants to stay a few nights in Berlin!

The hotel is located perfectly in a nice section of Charlottenburg. The staff were very helpful and always friendly. We felt very welcome. The rooms were clean and simple. We had a family room facing the back which was very quiet. We have always had pleasant stays at Bu0026B hotels.

Decent hotel with fine rooms with AC and soft beds and great cleaning staff. It has direct access to the U-bahn. Only thing is that the breakfast is way too expensive for what you get (€10.50 for white bread with cheese) so I would recommend the cafe just around the corner, which serves all-day breakfast for half the price.

Beds and room very nice and clean. Very high standard. All staff was very friendly and excellent. Breakfast was amazing and fresh, so many options too. Best coffee in Berlin

Stay was overall pleasant. Booked by mistake a double bed but wrote straight away an email to change it to two single beds. Changes weren't done.
The guy at night had to cope with that and found solution at the last minute, taking risk for someone else fault. Hands up for that guy !
Noise at night from the room next to us at 4am was annoying. Need to better isolate the rooms. Shower was not properly clean.

The hotel was scrupulously clean, and every effort was being made to ensure the minimization of any risk of infection. The room was almost clinical, but I would appreciate the availability of a chair with a back rather than only a stool.
