I’ve been looking for a place to change my watch battery but many refused as it’s an Omega, and told me to send it to Omega. I ended up stumbling across this shop, as I was at the Hackescher Markt on a Saturday; and how lucky I got ! I had my battery replaced for 25€ whereas Omega would have charged 400€ for the same service and taken weeks instead of a day (the primary watch expert wasn’t there when I’d gone). Not only is the store itself beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and very knowledgeable/professional. I would highly recommend this shop for those which traditionally crafted watches and those that would like to have a look at their watches.

A wonderful experience, exploring the limited editions and custom watches, made in Berlin. We had done our research online, decided for a German-made custom watch. We just dropped in to see it and fell in love with the experience and history. My wife loves her Askania, made in Berlin, full of great memories. Absolutely can recommend.

I needed to change a battery in my hand watch. There was a woman, she speaks English, very polite and friendly. She took my watches, said to come back in 30 minutes. Later explained me how long the battery should work and how it correlates with the watch's age. It cost me 10Euro. I would recommend.

Honestly the best service I have received anywhere, period. The store itself is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and is like a museum. Staff is amazing, and very kind. They fixed my watch on goodwill.

The watchmaker was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and unpretentious. She fixed the minor issue on my watch and was a pleasure to speak with.

(Translated by Google) In this store it is worth to go even as a museum. Here is a very cozy old atmosphere. In the windows are not only watches for sale, there are also rare examples from aircraft panels, on the walls are old photographs. It is very interesting to see what hours and devices used to be used in Germany before. Remained a pleasant experience, I recommend to visit!

(Translated by Google) We were there first shortly after the lockdown, due to the lack of tourists a lot of time on the part of the competent and friendly staff.
Bought a great, classic watch because of the exceptional advice.
Since then we keep checking back ...
