Konstanze has been with me as a teacher for a number of years and has taken me to places I never thought I would go. I can recommend the Shala to anyone who wants to deepen their yoga practice - both physically and mentally. And really serious here: all bodies are welcome. Konstanze finds for everyone their own way of Ashtanga practice.

It is a gift to have this yoga studio here in the Kiez. The atmosphere is perfect for my yoga practice and Konstanze our MySore yoga teacher is amazing and pays great attention to detail of every student! Placed in Berlin's most beautiful street 'Dieffenbachstraße' !
