The hotel is getting old. All the furniture are worn out. You can even hear the electric fuses operating when you turn the lights switch on or off. AC is not working properly. Honestly speaking, I really don’t know how this hotel is part of the Raddison Hotels group. Moreover, how in the world it is a 4 stars hotel. The only good thing is the two receptionist ladies ( a Filipina and an Italian) at the check in, they were super nice and very welcoming.

Hotel is near to Kurfürstendamm, so very central. Train and Subway very near, so you can reach all highlights of Berlin in a short time. Nice restaurants very close.
Very friendly and engaged stuff, large choice of all things you will enjoy for breakfast
Our room looked into the garden, very quiet, we enjoyed the fresh and modern look, enough hangers in the wardrobe. hairdryer, shampoo and liquid soap in the bath. Enough towels. Water and a fruitplate send a nice welcome.
After problems with TV we got a new one after weekend (and a second plate with fruits and cake to be not angry)
To save the climate we were asked by check in, if it would be nessecary to clean bath, our room and to change bedgood and towels every day. We sayed no, for it was possible to order cleaning every day if wanted. After 3 days the bath was cleaned and we got new towels, litter was brought outside.
The whole stuff was exellent friendly and helpful.

Extremely dirty room. The toilet wasn’t cleaned and underneath the chair there was old tissues. Also it looks like the water coming out from the bathroom has started to make the carpet mould.

I also told the staff about this after the first night. But it wasn’t cleaner the second day.

The hotel is outdated. Furniture is worn out. Because of the modern room style, it’s not a comfortable stay.

Good location, quiet with reasonable prices but the furniture needs renovation or deep cleaning, the bath is sparkle clean

A very basic 4 star hotel. Nothing wrong but nothing special either. (Bathroom is quite small)
