This hotel is located in a quiet area.The kitchen is equipped well.cleaning system is poor and they clean your room just once a week.
The breakfast’s quality and quantity which was only provided on weekends was low.
Money refunding process is awful.
Before i pay money for my accommodation I asked the receptionist lady twice, if i leave the hotel earlier are you going to refund the money? And she said yes.I left the hotel earlier and as it was Sunday there was nobody in reception, i called the number which they wrote in the elevator and she said yes we saw you left before 11.you can come back and get your money back tomorrow.Tomorrow i went she said i do not have enough cash right now, you can call me every day until Friday And the day that i have enough money you can come and get it!!!
And after making several phone calls and returning back to hotel 2 times finally they refund the money to my bank account after
10 days.

There is great potential but Aparion fails to meet the standards. The building and the apartments are okay, some renovated ones are nicer. The location is alright, it's quiet and can be reached with several busses. The service, however, is unsatisfactory. The reception is only open on some hours, there was only ONE person doing the check-in despite many people waiting. The rooms were clean, unfortunately we never received new toilet paper or towels. The worst thing was the elevator, it didn't work half of the time (our apartment was located on the third floor and we had a baby/ stroller with us!). We told the management but nothing really happened.
Don't go for the breakfast, it's not worth the money.

The location is on the outskirts of Berlin so easier to arrive by driving. Lots of free parking available at the complex. Room unit is spacious and comfortable but the kitchen unit has very limited cooking supplies (no cooking utensils found, only 2 pots). Big inconvenience with the limited front desk hours (from 16:00-20:00). We arrived late after hours, had to call in advance to get code to lock box to get key access (which is pretty straight forward, the check in machine was not working) but we had to check out at 9:30am next day and front desk was still closed. Had to track down a cleaning maid to give her the key card and registration form to "check out".

Good price/quality rate. Convenient entrance and big rooms. Not so much dishes in apartments, but still it is enough for few days stay. Lot of parking spots in the yard

Very pleasant stay. I stayed 4 days with my family (3 people).
Most of the things you wil need will be around 2 kms.
Such as super market, pharmacy, restaurants and so on.
I was with a car and there was no cost for parking space.
I drove until downtown and I could part the car for around 2 euros per hour.
I definetely would recomend this place and when I return to Berlin I will stay there.

There is no reception. Dark in evening and hardly anyone to help u. Language can become barrier if you don't speak Germany. Apartments are neat and clean and we'll maintained.

Very nice interior. Rooms are big and cosy. Pets allowed 6€ daily. Parking in front, restaurants are in the vicinity
