Situated next to one of Europe's busiest train stations, this patch of green sees people from all walks of life. Features include a basketball court, and a small playground. Lots of bars, restaurants and cafés in the area.

This whole neighbourhood is wonderful and if you are interested to see who the next generation of berliners are you should have a look on this square at night.

It used to be a wonderful little park to sit in, especially in the summer time. But over the last couple of years it has turned into a very dirty, loud and uncomfortable place to be. I'm all for freedom, but people take very inconsiderate freedom there. Loud music, trash everywhere (especially after the weekend), and a lot of cigarette smoke. Not a place for families or people who appreciate calmness.

Lots of broken glass and sometimes homeless people camp here. Nice selection of fast foods and bars around though. Not a bad place to chill Berlin style with a bottle of beer in hand.
