Comfy hotel in a decent location. Well designed, really useful to have a kitchen.
Slightly noisy because it's on the main road.
Would definitely stay here again

We stayed 5 days there.
1st day elevator broke. Wifi was very slow. The dish washing Maschine had rust everywhere. You have to crawl in and out of bed because of bad design. Very noisy.
We’ll not return

Terrible, no tenian nuestra reserva a través de Booking y nos colgaron el telefono tras mentirnos descaradamente. Terribly unprofessional. They didnt have our reservation made through booking and basically hung on us the telephone leaving us in the street at 22 pm. They didn't even wrote us next day to be interested about the situation.

My previous review disappeared, so I have to repeat myself. Our room on the top floor of Amano Home (number 704) does not get any wifi signal (and their site does directly promise complimentary hight-speed internet). We have complained to the reception several times. For the first couple of days they were promising to bring in a tech guy, but he never materialized. On the 3rd day they blandly stated that their router is downstairs and that there is nothing they can do for us. They also rejected my request to change rooms. "The best we can do for you is let you check out early without penalties".
Horrible people, horrible service, fake promises on the website. Barely ok room.
PS: forgot to mention – the last two days their elevator wasn't working either. Everybody (including poor overworked cleaning ladies) were climbing stairs.

The location is excellent the apartment is well designed but not functional for those who are looking to use the kitchen and have meals in the apartment (there is no dining table and the "kitchen" is not comfortable for cooking).

I stayed here a for a week and had a very comfortable stay. The Spanish lady working downstairs was so pleasant and helpful, I forgot to take her name. I loved how modern and clean the room was. The bed was very comfortable. It was next to a major intersection but they did a great job at soundproofing the rooms, I'm impressed. I faced a little issue with the sliding toilet door as it got stuck but that's ok.

A modern residential building within a short distance from the Mitte area of Berlin. Quite convenient for shopping and after work time. The apartment is modern, designed in a minimalist way. But actually the large white with a touch of gray left the impression to be in a clinic, even if luxury. Since it is an apartment, it is quite large. But ultimately, if nothing was bad, nothing is also worth remembering. And for the price, there is definitely better choice in Berlin and in this area. One annoying thing is to be patient with the electronic key... Calling the lift, your room or the building, need some calmness as the system is not always working properly. An issue since there is no staff after 6 PM.
