Good store with variety of organic and expensive items. However since it’s all organic, bio or fair trade that’s why it’s expensive. I buy stuff like organic peanut butter from there. Rating it one star less as it is expensive

Rude and cold way of interacting with customers. Especially regarding foreigners. I can not even call it a customer service. They should make it a self service store. Then the experience would be much better. Never again... ????????????

Well stocked with high quality organic and natural products. Also stock a sufficient variety of gluten free options. Friendly staff.

Good produce at a not so affordable price point. It worth mainly for the vegetables and fruits. Wide range of options if you are vegetarian, vegan and looking for alternatives that usually are not easy to find in the normal supermarkets

Honestly, below average place, I was expecting more vegan options considering that is a health grocery store but the choices pale in comparison to even the rewe in front of the street (which is just a normal supermarket). I was in there for an hour trying to find vegan products, there was nothing clear or direct to show that a product was vegan so it did take quite a bit of time just to find a non dairy yogurt!

All sold in plastic packages, nearly no proximity products and a strong feeling of racism from the manager (I suppose, he did not want to tell me his name) asking for additional papers, since my ID was not valid for him since it did not came with my anmeldung. But, who carries that piece of flimsy paper around in Berlin? After 7 years here it would have been totally destroyed, wouldn't it? He did not even accept a scan my wife sent me. Completely random behavior in my opinion.

Closer to Trader Joe's than Whole Foods. Decent selection and prices. For the Whole Foods experience, the Galerie basement near Checkpoint Charlie is better.
