BED BUGS - DO NOT STAY HERE!

My room was infested with bed bugs and the hotel owner has refused to take responsibility. After I told reception, I was told me they had no more rooms, even though I could have booked one straight away on my phone. The hotel then refused to cover the €600 cost for the exterminator to visit my apartment back home, as the bed bugs came home with him. This was a disgraceful customer experience; for my money I would highly recommend staying somewhere that is more hygienic and customer friendly.

I don't recommend this Hotel!!
Wifi was a disaster! I never experienced such a poor internet in a hotel. It's a shame that costumers complain for poor internet in 2021. The shower was not working properly. Very cold inside the room despite I did put the heat in maximum.i understand it was a cheap hotel and the logic you get what you pay but internet, shower and heat are the most basic things a hotel must have.

Good hotel with friendly staff, location is a little bit outside the city centre but close to public transport. Easy access to the city. Affordable, clean and decent rooms, comfy bed, breakfast has plenty of options. Stored my luggage for a full day and was able to freshen up before leaving in the evening. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is located near the s-bahn a little outside town. The staff is very friendly. We stayed there for a couple of days for a decent price. The beds are comfortable. The toilet is okay too. Overall not at all bright lights in both the room and the bathroom.

The negative thing that it was very hot in the room. It did not have air conditioning. We asked for AC but had to pay extra money. It was a fan... it was very difficult to sleep in that heat so we opened the window and a bunch of flies came in. Maybe its better to chose this hotel in the winter. One of the days we did not even get our room cleaned.

Had a nice stay; nothing to spectacular, but the room we stayed in had a matching price.
For me personally it was a bit too far away from the places I wanted / needed to visit. And even though public transport is nearby, the road just in front of the hotel is / was under construction, which created an unsafe situation (no safe passage for pedestrians) every time the children and I needed to cross the street

Just returned from a 3 night stay.. rooms were clean however the smell on the landing areas were foul and smelt like human waste ...
The main negative point about this hotel is the staff un helpful ignorant and sometimes boarder line rude...
for the exception of one member of staff a young lady who checked us in went above and beyond to help . But just went downhill from there..
The restaurant is set up 24 /7 for weddings and looks beautiful but this means guests are squashed in a corner with tables almost joining no privacy what so ever .. all in all not a good experience however on the plus side Berlin itself was amazing

I stayed at Aga's Hotel Berlin for 2 nights, with breakfast included. The room was small but clean and cosy. Breakfast had a nice choice from the buffet and it tasted good. Staff was prepared and helpful, especially at the front desk. I'd like to especially mention Alexander Ball from the front desk for being so helpful in giving advice and providing an impeccable service.
