The technical - extremely important - work, on the other hand, is professional, everything works without any problems. Water now comes very early in the morning, robotic lawnmowers around mid-morning when the lawn is dry. We are thrilled, the lawn looks better after a short time.

With the agreed maintenance contract, we hope for a long-term good relationship with this company.

Wir haben dann leider den zweiten Schritt vor dem ersten gemacht und erst den Mähroboter gekauft, bis uns auffiel, das Bewässerungsschläuche und Mähroboter nicht gut zusammenpassen.

Kurz und gut: Da verschiedene Rohre unseren Garten durchziehen gaben wir AFT den Auftrag, Bewässerung per Handgrabung zu realisieren, diesem wurde durch einen extra Preis entsprochen, im Nachhinein kann ich es empfehlen, da es dabei nicht so extreme Schäden im Rasen gibt.

Kommunikation mit AFT könnte besser sein, versprochene Termine, Rückrufe etc. fallen häufig aus.

Die handwerklich - extrem wichtige - Arbeit hingegen ist professionell, alles funktioniert problemlos. Wasser kommt nun sehr früh am Morgen, Mähroboter gegen Vormittag, wenn der Rasen trocken ist. Wir sind begeistert, Rasen sieht nach kurzer Zeit schon besser aus.

Mit dem vereinbarten Wartungsvertrag hoffen wir auf längere gute Beziehung mit dieser Firma.

Anfangs wird man noch vertröstet, aber das ist schnell vorbei und es kommt keinerlei Reaktion mehr. Die Antworten des Inhabers hier auf negative Bewertungen à la "wir können Sie leider nicht finden" sind der absolute Hohn!
Schnell verkaufen und nach Zahlung die Leistungserbringung aussitzen bis der Kunde aufgibt, scheinen das eigentliche Geschäftsmodell dieser Firma und ihres Geschäftsführers zu sein.

Zahlreiche positive Google Bewertungen hier rezensieren übrigens erstaunlicherweise deutschlandweit die selben Firmen - na das ist ja ein Zufall! (z.B. Kuhn, Dietrich, Keuper, Küster, Schuster, Köchner, Hohn, Kohl, Rehmer, Krupp, Wittrock etc.)

Nach einer Coronabedingten wirklich unangenehmen Wartezeit. Wurde nun doch alles installiert. Nach einem guten Gespräch , fühlten wir uns auch wieder gut aufgehoben. Wir haben AFT sogar an unsere Nachbarn vermittelt. Wir sind uns sicher das dies eine gute Entscheidung war. Unserem Lawndroid haben wir noch ein kleines Carport gebaut damit er geschützt steht.
