Such a good place to stay. Stayed here for 5 days - spacious room, easy access, clean, and in a good location. Staff member at the desk was very accomodating and helpful.

Very nice staff and clean apartment, room is very big and free parking, you can find everything you need in kitchen, near S9 you can easy to go every where you want!

Decent sized rooms, with separate living room. Sink and oven, and microwave oven, and 4 way hob. Fridge with freezer compartment. No food preparation area, or draining board. Large dishwasher. Use outer blinds for privacy at night. Extractor fan doesn't vent to outside so room fills up with cooking smells very quickly.

Multiple reasons but essentially very poor hygiene standards (hairs found in the bed and around the room). The smell was like an old dish cloth on top. Internet access is sporadic and lastly the customer service is non existent, disorganised and actually rude. Only one young gentlemen seems to care about the guests but unfortunately he was rarely present. There are few other options locally, if you need to stay in Adlershof otherwise plenty of much better accommodation options and locations through out Berlin, which give a much better vibe for city.

I think it is one of the best places to stay in Berlin. You can feel here like at home. There is a kitchen, a big bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Whatsmore there is also a small garden with a couple of chairs and a table. You can smoke there. In a kitchen you can find many different stuff like a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer. I think that for one person or even for two is that apartment very good and comfortable. I am quite not sure how it looks like when you have a pet but I think that it will be not a big problem. There is also a lot of shops very close to the houses and also many ATMs. The place is very good communicated with the city center. I highly recommend it ????.

The layout of the apartments is very nice and spacious. Plates, cutlery and some pots and pans are provided in the apartment as well as a Nespresso machine (bring your own capsules). I did not give 5 star because during my last stay the room had a strong cigarette smell. The rooms are not smoking although that did not stop the person before me! In order to be fair, my previous 3 stays have been Perfect.

Apart from the weird smell in the hallway which seeps into the room everything else was really good ..
