Also wir sind mehr als entäuscht und kaufen nichts mehr in dieser Firma.Wir haben ein neues Boot gekauft und zum Abholtermin,wo wir beide frei nehmen mussten um es zu überführen,wurde uns das dazu benötigte Kennzeichen zugesichert.
Nun 4 Tage vor Abholung bekommen wir AUF NACHFRAGE,die Antwort das es nicht klappt und wir müssen uns doch dann selber kümmern.Man sendet uns die nötige Telefonnummer dazu.Was ist das für ein Service,seine Zusage nicht einzuhalten!Für so viel Geld,sollte man anders mit zahlenden Kunden umgehen.Wir sind auch im Dienstleistungsbereich tätig und wissen sehr genau wie es zu funktionieren hat.
Hätten wir nicht schon angezahlt,würde ich den Kauf stornieren.......Nachtrag:.......und lustig ging es weiter.....dann kam das falsche Boot,Tage später blieb der Transporter mit dem richtigen Boot liegen,2 Tage später der Anruf,huch wir haben gar nicht das von ihnen bestellte Sonnensegel.2 Tage umsonst Urlaub genommen und immernoch kein Boot.Fehler können passieren, aber das war uns dann doch zu viel.
Geld zurück und Danke für Nichts.Haben wir eine lustige Sommergeschichte zu erzählen :/.................ich weiß nicht wieviele Nachträge ich schreiben muss!Unser Geld haben wir zurück und 2 Wochen später bekommen wir Post,wir möchten doch bitte die offene Zahlung begleichen...Seid ihr da eigentlich richtig wach in der Firma????Und diese einheitliche Antwort auf ALLE Rezensionen könnt ihr euch auch sparen.
