AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS , please avoid this place to not ruin your Berlin trip, this great city has so many amazing accommodations to offer but Au0026O is definitely not one. I’ve had better experience staying at a 9$ hostel in Vietnam than here… zero customer service and the check in/ check out is absolutely chaotic. Expect to wait 30-50 minutes in line to check in… if you are not desperately broke and need an accommodation, stay away from this place

Nice atmosphere in the main lobby. Rooms are nice and clean. Service could be a bit better, because understaffed. Great pizza for 5 euro :)

No room service (or not effective) , you don't understand where you have to sleep because your room is chaos. For sleeping it is a nightmare but the ground floor is full og games. Also the reception is bad.

Very well maintained dorms.. Female and mixed dorms are available and separate rooms are also available.. Breakfast is served here
